The Power of Readings

Getting a reading is not just about finding out something that the Gods or the reader would know and you do not.  A reading helps to magify your own ability to understand the choices that are set before you and tap into your own sense of intuition and insight.  In a way, a reading is a tool that can be used to better understand yourself and your own thoughts. I often find that people come to get a reading thinking that the cards are going to be like a fortune telling event and yet (hopefully) walk away with a better understanding of their own reality.  This is exactly as it should be.  There is no crystal ball that you can gaze into the future of choices you have yet to make.  While there is some visions of the manifestations of the path you are currently on, those things are not set in stone because the future is a series of choices that are made in the now… leading up to a future now. The power of a reading goes beyond that of a moment, one decision, one issue or one path.  The power of a reading can help you to better grasp the way that you look at life and outline your choices for yourself; often excluding some potential options along the way. The power of a reading is that it can open your mind to the possibilities that you have yet to see and the internal power you have to dictate the future that you want to have.
